Wemyss Malts Peat Chimney (70cl, 46%)

Wemyss Malts Peat Chimney is a smoky blended malt Scotch whisky made from selected Scottish single malts. This small-batch bottling is 46% and non-chill filtered, in a 70cl bottle. Its name points to the interplay of peat smoke, maritime aromas and soft fruit. The nose shows heather smoke, sea air, orange peel and ripe stone fruit. The palate combines warm peat smoke with espresso, brown sugar, fresh apple and pear. The finish is softly smoky and lightly sweet.
