Wemyss Peat Chimney Blended Malt (46%)

Peat Chimney is a small-batch blended malt from Wemyss Family Spirits, bottled at 46%. It is made entirely from malt whisky, combining a base malt chosen from across Scotland with a heavily peated Islay signature malt. The two are blended and then left together for eight weeks. The Islay malt adds deep, intense peat smoke. The nose has heather smoke and stone fruit, with a tart orange note and a hint of harbour. Warm peat smoke meets espresso coffee and muscovado sugar on the palate, and the finish is mineral with a gentle sweetness.
