This is a seven-year-old Irish whiskey from West Cork Distillers, matured in sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose is fresh, with green apples, raspberries and marzipan. The palate follows on from the nose and adds sweet malt, citrus fruits, soft tannins and a subtle oak spice.
The finish is short to medium in length, again marked by green fruit and red berries.
