Westward American Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask (70cl, 45%)

This is an American single malt whiskey from Westward Distillery in Oregon, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is a tribute to the Willamette Valley wine country and takes its inspiration from Pinot Noir, the region's premier grape. Westward starts with its original American Single Malt and finishes it for up to two years in French oak wine casks from producers in the valley. The aim is to bring out the vibrance of the grape while the bold, robust character of the distillery's whiskey still comes through.
