Westward – Cask Strength American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl, 62.5%)

Westward Cask Strength is an American single malt whiskey bottled at 62.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a cask strength version of Westward's original American Single Malt. It is made from locally malted barley and a beer brewed in-house with a proprietary ale yeast, then matured in newly charred American oak barrels in Oregon. The nose offers toasted almond, graham cracker and black pepper. The palate brings sesame, tobacco leaf and cacao, and the finish is honeyed, with a deep, fiery malt character.
