Westward – Cask Strength American Single Malt Whiskey (70cl)

An American single malt from Westward in Oregon, offered at cask strength in a 70cl bottle. It is a reworking of the distillery's original American Single Malt. It is made from locally malted barley, fermented into a beer brewed in-house with a proprietary ale yeast, and matured in newly charred American oak barrels. The nose brings toasted almond, graham cracker and black pepper. On the palate come sesame, tobacco leaf and cacao, with a honeyed, deep, fiery malt finish.
