Whisky Ardent Organic Single Malt is a Belgian single malt made in small batches by hand. It is certified organic and comes in a 50cl bottle at 40% ABV. The whisky is matured in Banyuls wine casks, which shape its soft, lightly fruity style. The nose is light honey, soft red fruit and a hint of spice. On the palate it is round and fresh, with grape, jam and gentle woody notes. The finish is smooth, clean and slightly sweet.
