This single cask Canadian single malt was distilled at DEVINE Distillery on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island and bottled by independent bottler Whisky For Us at 53% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. The whisky is 4.5 years old. It matured for 3.5 years in a Moscatel wine barrique before a final finish in a second cask.
The nose is ripe peach, cantaloupe, kiwi and honeydew with jasmine tea and honeysuckle. The palate is sweet, with fresh apple, green grape and honeyed cereal before candied ginger and citrus zest. The finish is clean, with a ginger ale lift and lingering orchard fruit and honey.
