Whisky Gap 11 Year Old 1924 Revolution Rye is a Canadian rye whisky, bottled in 75cl, made in homage to the frontier distilling of the Prohibition era. It is distilled from Canadian rye grain and matured for 11 years in oak casks.
The nose brings toasted rye bread, cracked black pepper and dry oak, with vanilla fudge, baking spices and dark fruit. The palate is full-flavoured, with peppery spice, warm ginger and charred oak against natural caramel sweetness and dried citrus peel. The finish is long and dry, with oak tannins, dark honey and a last kick of baking spice.
