WhistlePig 15 Year Old is an American straight rye whiskey, finished in casks made from Vermont Estate Oak. The oak comes from trees harvested on the distillery's own farm and the surrounding area. WhistlePig bought the farm in 2007 and spent five years renovating the dairy barn.
The aroma is rich, with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, spice and orange.
