A six-year-old bourbon from WhistlePig, bottled at 50% (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is high in corn, with a little rye kept in, and the whisky spent six years in Char #3 barrels before bottling. It is suited to citrus and sour drinks.
The nose is caramel corn with oak. The palate shows maple and vanilla with a creamy mouthfeel, and the finish is herbal tea with a hint of honey.
