WhistlePig PiggyBack is a six-year-old bourbon bottled at 100 proof, in a 750ml bottle. Its mash bill is high in corn with a dash of rye.
The character is sweet, with caramel corn and oak notes alongside a creamy mouthfeel. It works neat or in cocktails, particularly citrus and sour drinks.
Maple and vanilla come through on the palate, and the finish has herbal tea with a hint of honey.
