White Heather 15 Years Old is a blended Scotch whisky made under the guidance of Billy Walker and bottled at 46% ABV. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colour.
Maturation and finishing used a mix of American oak, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. The nose brings honey, vanilla, dried orange, plums, raisins and candied fruit, with cinnamon, nuts and soft oak. The palate is round and creamy, with butterscotch, dark fruit, orange peel, chocolate, marzipan and warm spices.
The finish is medium to long, sweet and spicy, with honey, caramelised nuts, ginger, dark chocolate and a hint of mocha.
