White Oak – Akashi & Saburomaru Cream Sherry Cask (62%)

White Oak Akashi released this whisky on the Japanese market in 2022, bottled at 62%. It follows an exchange of casks made some years earlier between the White Oak distillery and the Wakatsuru Saburomaru distillery. The whisky was matured in sherry casks and heavily peated bourbon casks. No more than 1,000 bottles were made.
