This is a single malt whisky from White Oak, bottled at a strong 62% in 2022 for the Japanese spirits retailer Shinanoya.
It matured first in bourbon barrels, then spent a year in a sherry umeshu cask for its finish. The finishing cask gave the whisky a sweetish sherry character.
