White Owl Coconut Whisky (75cl)

White Owl Coconut is a flavoured Canadian whisky from Highwood Distillery in High River, Alberta. It is a coconut variation of the distillery's clear White Owl whisky, in a 750ml bottle. The base is charcoal-filtered, aged Canadian grain whisky, flavoured with natural coconut. The nose opens with toasted coconut, cream soda and vanilla bean, then light caramel and subtle grain spice. On the palate come coconut, butterscotch and sweet vanilla, followed by gentle baking spices and light oak tannins. The finish is medium in length, warm and sweet, with coconut, vanilla and soft wood spice.
