It combines charcoal-filtered, aged Canadian grain whisky with natural ginger and lime flavours. The nose opens with fresh lime zest, candied ginger and lemongrass, followed by sweet vanilla and light toasted grain. The palate is light-bodied and crisp, with sweet citrus, root ginger and lime juice before soft caramel, corn and gentle pepper. The finish is short to medium, clean and zesty, with ginger root, lime peel and faint vanilla.
