White Owl Whisky (4.5L)

White Owl is a clear Canadian whisky distilled by Highwood Distillery in High River, Alberta. It is made from select prairie grains and aged in oak barrels, then passed through charcoal filtration that removes the colour. This one comes in a 4.5L EcoTote. The nose opens with toasted vanilla, sweet corn and marshmallow, followed by light caramel, coconut and gentle rye spice. The palate is smooth and light-bodied, with butterscotch, cream soda and honeyed grain, then black pepper and oak spice. The finish is short to medium, crisp and clean, with vanilla and dry grain.
