This English single malt comes from the White Peak distillery in Derbyshire and is bottled for the independent Fragrant Drops collection at 55% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2020 and bottled in 2025, after five years in a red wine barrique that had been shaved, toasted and recharred. The release is 259 bottles.
The cask brings rich notes of cherry cola and blackcurrant, set against an elegant peat character and a biscuity malt core.
