White Peak Wire Works Bourbon Barrel Single Malt (70cl, 53.4%)

Wire Works is a single malt from White Peak Distillery, matured in bourbon barrels and bottled at 53.4% in a 70cl bottle. Vanilla sits at its core, with strands of chocolate and nuts. The nose brings vanilla cheesecake, white chocolate, fruit salad sweets, lemon curd, candied ginger, and peaches and cream. On the palate come custard creams, lemon zest, icing sugar, chocolate-covered peanuts, honey and gingerbread. The finish turns to apple crumble, Murray Mints, lime pickle and white pepper.
