A lightly peated English single malt from White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire, bottled at 53.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill.
The nose is vanilla cream, white chocolate, soft peaches and lemon zest. On the palate the lemon carries on alongside ginger biscuits and vanilla custard, with roasted, honeyed nuts underneath. The finish brings milk chocolate, burnt biscuits, stewed apple and candied ginger, with a touch of peppery, herbaceous peat.
