White Peak Wire Works Caduro Single Malt (70cl)

Wire Works Caduro is a lightly peated Derbyshire single malt from White Peak Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is named after an international cable brand once made at the former Wire Works. It is a vatting of the distillery's core spirit, matured in American and French oak. The casks combine first-fill ex-bourbon with White Peak's STR casks, which are re-conditioned wine barriques that have been shaved, toasted and re-charred. The choice of STR casks and the share of French oak add fruit depth and intensity. Caduro is the founding member of the Provenance Core Range. Mashing, fermentation, distillation and maturation all take place onsite.
