White Peak – Wire Works Small Batch Single Malt

White Peak Wire Works is a lightly peated English single malt, produced in small batches. It was matured in a chosen mix of American and French oak casks. The nose is full of caramel popcorn, butterscotch, cloves, ripe banana, apples, vanilla sponge, candied ginger, cherry pie, bergamot and nutmeg. Chocolate orange runs through the palate alongside these flavours.
