This Whitlaw was distilled in June 2013 and bottled in December 2023 after ten years of maturation, by Signatory Vintage for its Vintage Collection.
It matured in a combination of first-fill and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts, and was bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring.
The nose offers dried fruit, raisins, orange peel and soft spices, with nuts and a hint of chocolate. The palate is full and round, with sherry fruit, caramel, dark chocolate and warm spices. The finish is spicy and fruity, with Oloroso sherry, oak and cocoa lingering.
