Whitlaw Un-Chillfiltered is an eight-year-old island single malt bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2018 and bottled in June 2026 at 46%.
After eight years of maturation it was finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry butts. It is bottled without chill-filtering and without added colour, and comes in a black tube with copper accents.
The finish is said to bring notes of dates and chocolate, alongside heather honey and gentle peat smoke.
