A 30-year-old blended Scotch whisky from Whyte & Mackay, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is made from some of the company's oldest stocks and draws on the brand's triple maturation technique.
The nose is rich with sherried figs, dates and raisins, alongside heather honey, nutmeg, cinnamon and hints of leather and old wood. The palate is silky, with toffee, dark chocolate and roasted nuts, and a little smoke and herbal dryness. The finish is long and warming, with oak, spice and fruit, and a touch of mint and tobacco.
