This is a 1970s Whyte & Mackay "Supreme" De Luxe blended Scotch whisky, in a one litre bottle at 75 proof (37.5% ABV). The Supreme label was reserved for the brand's most prestigious blends and was often bottled for special occasions or export markets. The nose is rich with dried fruit and sherry warmth, including raisins, figs and orange peel, alongside polished oak, antique leather, heather honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and molasses. The palate is velvety, with toffee, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, spiced orange and subtle smoke. The finish is long and warming, with oak, spice, fruit, mint and tobacco.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
