A reposado tequila made at Cascahuin Distillery in El Arenal, in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, from 100% Blue Weber agave. The agave is cooked in traditional brick and stone ovens, then crushed using both tahona and roller milling. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and cement tanks, and the wash is double distilled in small copper pot stills. The spirit rests in used American bourbon barrels. It is verified 100% additive-free and bottled at a higher-than-standard proof.
