Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit is a single barrel straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 proof).
Each bottle comes from one barrel, hand selected at its peak of maturity under Master Distiller Jimmy Russell. The barrels are chosen to give a fuller body, rich vanilla and a hint of sweetness, with a consistent character from bottle to bottle.
The flavour has layers of almonds, honey, blackberries and leather. The finish is long, dark and lingering.
