Wild Weasel 2014 Red Port Cask Finish is a Belgian single malt from Brewery & Distillery Wilderen. It was distilled in 2014 and finished in red port casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 50cl bottle, as a limited edition of 576 bottles.
The nose offers ripe red fruit, soft caramel and a hint of grape skin, with a warm woody note. The palate is round and supple, with red fruit, a light port sweetness and a subtle spice that lingers. The finish is smooth, slightly sweet and elegant, with a pleasant warmth.
