Wild Weasel 2014 is a Belgian single malt, hand-distilled in 2014 at the Wilderen brewery and distillery. It was given a sherry cask finish and bottled at 46% in a 50cl bottle, in an edition of 231 bottles. The nose has dried fruit, caramel and mild spices, with a subtle woody note. The palate is full and balanced, with raisins, a light sherry sweetness and a delicate spiciness. The finish is smooth and warm, without sharpness.
