Wilderen Wild Weasel 2014 is a Belgian single malt from the Wilderen distillery, bottled from a single cask, cask #38. It was bottled on 29 April 2021 in an edition of 293 bottles, in a 70cl bottle. The style aims for richness and depth, with malty warmth, fruity aromas and a clear but elegant oak influence. The nose offers ripe fruit, vanilla, soft spices and light wood. The palate is full and round, fruity and malty, with caramel and oak spices. The finish is long and firm, with lingering wood and herbal notes.
