Wilderness Trail 6 Year Old Bottled in Bond Bourbon

This is a 6 year old bottled in bond bourbon from Wilderness Trail Distillery. It comes in two mashbills, one wheated and one with rye, and both carry a silver label with a 6 on the neck tag and the vertical label. The wheated bourbon is made from 64% corn, 24% wheat and 12% barley. In the rye version, 24% rye takes the place of the wheat. The distillery describes the 6 year old as deeper in character and richer in flavour, in the way of more mature bourbons.
