Noah's Mill is a small batch Kentucky bourbon from Willett, bottled at 57.15% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
Despite its high strength, it is described as well balanced: strong, but never harsh.
The nose offers toffee, dark chocolate, toasted oak and a touch of floral spice. On the palate come caramel, dried fruit, cinnamon and roasted nuts, with a creamy mouthfeel, followed by a lingering, spicy finish.
