William Larue Weller 2007 is a 10 year old wheated bourbon from the Buffalo Trace distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, in a 750ml bottle. It is the 2007 BTAC Annual Release.
It was bottled uncut and unfiltered at 117.9 proof, which is 58.95% ABV. At this age the wheated mashbill shows a fruit-forward character, with the grain more present and the oak less dominant.
