William Larue Weller 2006 12 Year Old Bottled 2018 (75cl, 62.9%)

This is William Larue Weller, a Kentucky straight bourbon distilled in 2006 and bottled in 2018 at 12 years old. It comes in a 75cl bottle at a full cask strength of 62.85%, or 125.7 Proof, and formed part of Buffalo Trace's Antique Collection release that year. William Larue Weller is a wheated bourbon, meaning wheat rather than rye is the secondary grain in the mash. The technique was pioneered by Weller himself and later continued by the Van Winkle family at Stitzel-Weller. Today the Weller brand is looked after by Buffalo Trace.
