William Lawson's Finest is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. The brand dates from 1849 and has a "no rules" outlook. The blend is built around the fruity single malt of Macduff distillery, known as Glen Deveron, and has no peat or smoke in it.
The nose is light and fruity, with green apple, ripe banana, toasted grain and a little toffee sweetness. The palate is soft and creamy, with freshly baked apple pie, vanilla and mild grain. The finish is short to medium and very clean, with malt sugar and a light spice from the oak.
