Willowburn is a six-year-old single malt from the Hammerschmiede distillery in Germany's Harz region, better known for its Elsburn brand. The spirit was distilled from both smoked and unsmoked malt and has matured since 2019.
It spent all six years in a single ruby port cask, number 1280, and was released in 2025 at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled without colouring or chill-filtering, from an outturn of 363 bottles.
