Windsor Canadian Rye (37.5cl)

Windsor Canadian Rye is a blended Canadian whisky distilled at Alberta Distillers Limited in Calgary, made from prairie-grown grains and glacial stream water. It is aged for a minimum of three years and comes in a 37.5cl bottle. Rye leads the character, balanced by light caramel sweetness, fruit and peppery baking spices. The colour is bright gold. The nose is fresh, with honeyed cereal, ripe peach, dusty straw, citrus peel and vanilla. The palate is light-bodied: butterscotch, toasted grain and corn, then peppery rye and light oak. The finish is medium and dry, with caramel, vanilla, black pepper and toasted wood.
