Wire Works Heritage Chevallier

Wire Works Heritage Chevallier is an English single malt from White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire. It is the distillery's first non-peated single malt. It is also the first current malt to use Heritage Chevallier grain, a historically popular variety valued for its deep flavour. Higher-yielding barleys that were easier to harvest and more resistant to disease later replaced it. It is described as rich and sweet, herbaceous and biscuity, with a little spice and bite.
