Wiseman Kentucky Owl Bourbon (70cl, 45.4%)

Wiseman Kentucky Owl Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 45.4% in a 70cl bottle. It is named after the great-great-great-grandfather of Dixon Dedman, and an owl emblem appears on the bottle. It is made from a blend of selected barrels, using corn, rye and malted barley, and matured for several years in charred oak barrels. Caramel, vanilla and a little toasted oak lead the nose, followed by dried fruit, honey and delicate spice on the palate. The finish is long and warm, with a touch of sweetness.
