Wolfburn – Single Malt Scotch Whisky Christmas Edition 2021 (75cl)

Wolfburn Christmas Edition 2021 is a seasonal single malt Scotch whisky from Wolfburn, Scotland's northernmost mainland distillery. It is a limited release, made in small batches and matured in oak casks. The peat influence is subtle, with a little gentle smoke alongside dried fruit and warm spice. The nose has dried fruit, honeyed malt and light smoke with a coastal note. The palate offers dark berries, toffee and warming spice, with a light peat influence and balanced oak. The finish runs medium to long, with soft smoke, dried fruit sweetness and lingering spice.
