Wolves is a five year old American single malt whiskey, bottled at 96 proof (48% abv) in a 750ml bottle. The name nods to the American West and its past.
The spirit spends five years in California wine barrels in Arizona heat. Hand-selected barrels are then blended and finished in aged Cognac casks.
Tasting notes describe honey, graham cracker, caramel and red fruit on the nose, then vanilla custard, nutmeg, clove, sweet oats and fig on the palate, with a medium to long sweet finish.
