Woodford Reserve – Master's Collection Batch Proof 121.2 Kentucky Straight Bourbon (60.6%)

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection Batch Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 60.6% ABV, or 121.2 proof. It is a limited edition made by blending whiskey from more than 100 different Woodford Reserve barrels. Drawing on the differences between those casks, the blend brings together sweet aromas, fruit, a touch of spice, rich wood and grain character. On the nose it shows vanilla bean, brown sugar pecans and tropical citrus with cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The palate offers sweet toasted oak, cocoa and juicy pineapple, and the finish returns to dried strawberry, toasted oak and raw honey.
