Woodford Reserve – Master's Collection Batch Proof 2019 (61.6%)

Woodford Reserve Batch Proof 2019 is a Kentucky bourbon made with the same grain bill and process as Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon, but bottled at its actual proof instead of the usual 90.4. This release comes in at 123.2 proof. Batch Proof was first introduced in 2018 and reflects the distillery's own batching process, in which barrels are blended and the liquid is presented without being reduced. Its flavour range is the house one of sweet vanilla and toasted oak.
