Woodford Reserve – Straight Malt (75cl)

Woodford Reserve Straight Malt is a Kentucky straight malt whiskey in a 750ml bottle. It is made from a mash of 51% malt and aged in new charred oak barrels, which gives a malt whiskey aimed at bourbon drinkers and brings out the nutty character of the original Woodford Reserve. The nose offers soft nuts, light caramel and milk chocolate over apple, dried and tropical fruit, with brown spice, mint, brown sugar and toasted oak. On the palate, dark chocolate and caramel-coated nuts meet cocoa powder, brown spice, toasted coconut and oak. The finish is nutty, with subtly sweet chocolate malt notes.
