Woodinville Whiskey Co. – Straight Bourbon Pot Distilled

Woodinville Straight Bourbon is a pot distilled bourbon from Woodinville Whiskey Co., a craft distillery started by two friends. They set out to bring traditional bourbon making into a craft setting, using locally grown grains and working with the guidance of David Pickerell, former Master Distiller for Maker's Mark. The nose is creme brulee and spice cabinet. The palate offers rich caramel, dark chocolate and vanilla bean, and the finish is sweet and lingering.
