Writers' Tears Pot Still Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Writers' Tears Pot Still is an Irish whiskey that marries aged single pot still whiskey with single malt. It is distilled entirely from barley, both malted and unmalted, and is triple distilled and non-peated. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey matured in flame charred American oak bourbon casks. The nose shows flashes of apple with hints of vanilla. The palate is gently spiced, with ginger and orchard fruits, and the finish is long and elegant with dark chocolate.
