Wyoming Whiskey – National Parks No. 4 Limited Edition Mammoth Hot Springs Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 49%)

Wyoming Whiskey National Parks No. 4 is the fourth release in the distillery's annual National Parks series, launched in September 2024 to mark Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park. It is a small batch wheated straight bourbon, distilled, barrelled and bottled in Kirby, Wyoming, from 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. It blends more than 70 barrels, aged at least five years in new charred American oak, and is bottled at 98 proof (49%). The label draws on the work of F. Jay Haynes, Yellowstone's official photographer, and the release supported Yellowstone Forever. The nose is crème brûlée with cherry compote and toasted coconut. The palate has crème caramel, vanilla, candied ginger, pecan, maple and stone fruit, and the finish is honeysuckle with dark chocolate and espresso.
