Wyoming Whiskey Old Faithful is a 10 year old straight bourbon from Wyoming Whiskey in Kirby, Wyoming, bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof). It matured in new charred American oak and comes from specially selected barrels as a limited edition.
The release honours Yellowstone National Park and its Old Faithful geyser, and Wyoming Whiskey has partnered with Yellowstone Forever, the park's nonprofit partner, to support preservation work.
The nose offers cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, toffee, Black Forest cake and crushed almonds. The finish brings cacao powder, vanilla bean, toasted spice and dried sultana.
